How do I make a booking?

 

Making a booking with us is easy - all you have to do is provide us with a few key details of your wedding or event, and we’ll get right back to you with a quote. 

 

If you’re happy with the quote, we just ask for a 25% deposit by bank transfer to secure the date. We then ask for the final payment to be made anytime, up to 14 days before the event date. 

 

How much space and time are required to set up?

 

We require a space of a least 10 by 12 feet to set up comfortably, with access to 4 plug sockets.

 

Set-up typically takes 30-45 minutes, but we allow an hour to give times for longer load-ins. 

 

Can I cancel/re-arrange a booking?

 

Yes - as long as the booking is 12 weeks away or more, you can cancel or re-arrange free of charge. If you have to cancel/re-arrange a booking after that period, a 50% charge will be applicable. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the event date, 100% of the fee will be required. 

 

Unfortunately, the 25% deposit is non-refundable for cancellations, but can be transferred to an alternative date.

Can I see Twotone live before booking?

 

Of course - please follow us on Facebook for updates on where you can see Twotone live. 

 

Can you provide and play my first dance song (weddings)?

 

Yes - just provide us with the name and artist of song you’d like to hear, and we’ll make sure it’s ready to go. 

 

Can I request songs?

 

By all means. We come with tens of thousands of songs to hand, so can almost always accommodate requests on the day. You are also more than welcome to send requests in advance if you have some ‘must hear’ songs in mind. Alternatively, you can tell us which styles and genres you like and leave it to us!

 

How far will you travel?

 

We are able to travel to anywhere in the UK, and are also available for international bookings. Please ask for a price list for full info.

 

Do you provide a PA system and lights?

 

Yes - we come fully self contained with PA and lights, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. 

 

Please let us know at the time of booking if your event is 400+ person capacity.
